Thin Film Electronics has announced that following receipt of payments, the share capital increase has been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new shares will be delivered in the VPS as soon as practical.
Thinfilm's registered share capital is now NOK 40,257,128.12 divided into 365,973,892 ordinary shares each having a par value of NOK 0.11.
