Universal Display increases quarterly cash dividend to US$0.06 per share

Shareholders will receive a 100% increase over the previous dividend of US$0.03 per share

Universal Display Corp. has announced that its Board of Directors approved a first quarter cash dividend of US$0.06 per share on the Company's common stock, a 100% increase over the previous dividend of US$0.03 per share. The dividend is payable on March 30, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2018. Future dividends are subject to Board approval.
