LG Chem has recently participated in Euroluce 2015 in Milan, Italy, and the company took the opportunity to showcase an updated OLED light panel line-up along with a number of novel types of applications and solutions.

LG Chem OLED light panels

Nine different models are available with two different colour temperatures (3,000K and 4,000K), which deliver high colour rendering levels (CRI>90) as well as achieving high luminance, high efficacy and long lifespan.

Modules

LG Chem OLED light modules are OLED light panels with aluminium casing and easy connecting solutions added on the back. The modules come in two types: slide and click types. The modules enable OLED light panels to be mounted individually or on a rail with separate mounting brackets.

Mounting Solutions

Mounting solutions are developed to be used in places where slimmer OLED applications are needed. There are two types of mounting solutions: rail and linear types. The rail mounting solution has a DC-DC driver in each unit and is applied to a customized track. The linear mounting solution can be magnetically attached to metal surfaces. They can be easily integrated in furniture shelving systems.

Transparent Connections

By attaching LG Chem OLED light panels to glass and by providing power through a transparent mesh conductive film that is laminated on the glass, the OLED generates a floating light effect. The transparent connections can be used as pendants and display shelves among other uses.

DIY Kit

The LG Chem OLED Lighting DIY Kit comes in two types: a Single Kit and a Double Kit. A single kit comes with a driver/switch, wire, a user manual and one 100x100mm OLED module, while a double kit comes with two modules. DIY Kit emphasizes the simple plug-and-play element of LG Chem OLEDs in order to enhance customers’ satisfaction with OLEDs.
